  18 This time it didn’t take place at the [Spektral](http://spektral.at/), though, as at the

  20 last second (well, a week in advance…) a schedule collision happened and the

  22 nice folks behind spektral had to use that room for themselves. Luckily,

  24 within a couple of hours a new venue for that evening was found at the
  25
  26 [Realraum](https://realraum.at)! Big thanks to [Michael](https://plus.google.com/+MichaelGebetsroither) and everyone else who helped here!

  28 So, what happened? We had two talks! [Horst](https://zerokspot.com) gave a short tour through some of

  30 nice string-formatting mechanisms you have with Python, something he had already

  32 written about [here](https://zerokspot.com/weblog/2015/12/31/new-string-formatting-in-python/) a couple of weeks ago. If you want to learn more, simply

  34 read that post and visit [pyformat.info](https://pyformat.info/), which contains many more examples 😉

  36 Right after that, we had a quick introduction into some of the awesome things

  38 you can do with [Pandas](http://pandas.pydata.org/). Big thanks to Moritz for that 😊 You can find his
